Ctuber

Ctuber is an AI platform that generates video in real time. It needed an avatar that could speak through AI-driven audio, adapt its energy on the fly and stay lightweight enough for the web. We translated their designs into a Rive architecture: a state machine that handles everything from idle to emotions, a set of mouth shapes built for their lip-sync engine, and a modular rig that swaps outfits and styles on the same skeleton. The video, produced by the Ctuber team, shows one implementation of the system: the product itself is interactive.
